OPI Black Shatter!

I found Black Shatter today at my local JC Penny salon and I couldn't wait to try it out..I got the last bottle ☺

This is one heavier coat over my layered mani. I'm going to have to think of another good base color to try it over....




I really love the flakies underneath.

    It looks like lava! I just went to ULTA and they were out of the black shatter booo

    Funny, that's what my husband said, he said "it looks like the Balrog's skin (from Lord of the Rings)..you know like lava". ha ha. Try JC Penny's salon if you have one near. They didn't have the display out, she just had an OPI box in a drawer at the counter.
