This is a brand called Princess Nichole. The color is #102, which is a blurple foil. I only have one other color from them and it's a purple/blue duochrome. I'll have to dig that one out and swatch it soon.

Princess Nichole #102 - a blurple colored foil
I've had this color for a while and decided to pull it out of my Melmer the other week. Right now my current mint green mani is wearing like iron...no tipwear ☺

I wish I had this one. It's a stunner. I do have a couple of Princess Nicoles and they are quite nice polishes.
