Revlon Perplex + Cover Girl City Lights

I ♥♥♥ Perplex. It's definitely in my all time top 10 favs. And another color in my all time top 10 is Cover Girl City Lights. CL is a holo glitter top coat that dries smooth and can dress up any color.

I used the tape method for the accent finger:


I adore the shimmer in Perplex:

    Thanks! I'm still wearing this one and I can't stop looking down at my nails. I really love the tape effect, I'm going to have to play around with it more ☺
