NDB Nail Lacquer: Green Tea
I went dusty hunting over the weekend, and picked up this little guy. It's a nice aqua blue foil from a brand called NDB.
So, I've never really used cuticle oil or cream before, and was thinking of picking up Lemony Flutter. Do you normally put it on after a manicure or every night? Do you think using it makes a noticeable difference?
